Rich Bowers completed a 5-day trial for Englewood Community Hospital and obtained an outright defense verdict for the hospital.
The plaintiff claimed that she was improperly Baker Acted, and that her rights under the statute were infringed.
The jury returned a defense verdict finding that the hospital was not at fault and complied with the law.
