Benjamin Lopez:
Ben joined Banker Lopez Gassler as a Summer Intern in 2014 while attending Stetson University College of Law. He continued on with the firm that fall and became an Associate in September 2015. His practice has focused on insurance coverage, property damage, premises liability, and construction defect. Ben has earned an AV Preeminent ranking from Martindale Hubbell. He was also named to the “Ones to Watch 2021” list by Best Lawyers.
Sarah Tucker
After graduating from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Sarah spent two years at a firm in Miami before joining Banker Lopez Gassler as an Associate in August 2015. Since that time, her practice has focused on insurance defense, no-fault litigation, automobile negligence, personal injury, and property damage claims. Sarah has also earned an AV Preeminent ranking from Martindale Hubbell.
