Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. earns fourth place in the “Biggest” category at the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2014 Best Places To Work competition.
The competition divided companies into four size categories – Nearly Big (10-25 employees), Big (25-50 employees), Bigger (50-100 employees) and Biggest (101+ employees). Employees of the nominated companies received online surveys conducted by Quantum Workplaces that use a science-based questionnaire to measure employee engagement, loyalty and retention. The survey measured 10 key engagement categories focusing on team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
